Audit pack format
An auditor with no Grantary account can verify a grant’s history. This page explains what the pack contains and how to check it.
What the pack contains
- The grant summary: award, conditions, milestones, payment schedule and reporting dates
- Every recorded action with who, what and when
- Every evidence item, with the milestone, condition, report or outcome it supports
- Spend recorded against the grant with attached receipts
- A verification hash for the whole pack
How to verify it
The pack is exported as a bundle with a hash. The published verification method lets anyone confirm the bundle has not been altered since export, without an account and without contacting Grantary.
