Which plan is yours?
Sponsor every organisation you fund
On Community and Portfolio plans, cover the workspace of each recipient. They get Core at no cost, you get complete records across your portfolio.
Every funder plan includes the audit pack, the 360Giving file and the four register checks. Unlimited users on every plan.
Grants under management means the number of live grants in your account at any one time. Closed grants stay in your record and are never counted. A plan limit does not stop you making an award. If your grantmaking grows past your band, we move you up at renewal. Funder plans are billed annually.
Implementation. All paid funder plans include a one-off implementation from £2,500, covering setup, programme configuration and team onboarding. Quoted on scope.
Questions
The things people ask before they sign up.
What counts as a grant under management?
The number of live grants in your funder account at any one time. A grant stops counting once it is closed, but it stays in your record permanently. Closing a grant does not remove it or cost you access to it. If your grantmaking grows beyond your band, nothing stops or locks: we move you to the right plan at renewal.
What is a working member?
Someone who records or manages delivery: logging sessions, uploading evidence, writing reports. Viewers, auditors and trustees are free and unlimited on every plan, including Free, because read-only access should not be something you pay for.
Do I pay more if we win more funding?
No. Every grantee plan, including Free, carries unlimited active grants. Plans differ only by how many working members you need and which cross-funder reporting you use. You are not charged for succeeding.
Can a funder pay for our plan?
Yes. Funders on Community and Portfolio plans can sponsor the workspace of every organisation they fund. You get Core access at no cost, and if the sponsorship later ends your account moves to Free rather than being suspended.
What happens to our data if we stop paying?
Your record stays readable and exportable, permanently. Paid features and new working members pause, but nothing is locked away and nothing is deleted. A record you cannot get back to is not a record worth keeping.
Do you offer public sector terms?
Yes. Local authorities, combined authorities and other public bodies are quoted on the Portfolio plan, with procurement-ready documentation including our DPA, sub-processor list and security assurance pack.
Is there a minimum term?
Grantee plans are monthly, cancellable at any time, with annual billing available at two months free. Funder plans are annual, which is how programme budgets and implementation work in practice.
What does implementation involve?
Setup, configuring your programmes and conditions, importing existing grants where you have them, and onboarding your team and assessors. It starts at £2,500 and is quoted on scope.

- Grantee plans
- Billed monthly in pounds sterling, cancellable at any time. Pay annually and two months are free. No VAT is currently added.
- Funder plans
- Billed annually. Implementation is a one-off from £2,500, quoted on scope.
- Changing or stopping
- Moves up take effect at once, moves down at the end of the period. Stop paying and the account drops to Free, with the record readable and exportable.
