Never by seat: viewers, auditors, trustees and everyone on the funder side are free on every plan, because involving people in a grant should never be a budget decision. Searching for funding and applying are free forever, and every plan carries the whole Connected Journey on the same shared record.

Seeing and co-working the grants you fund never costs a funder anything — the shared record only works if oversight is free. What a funder plan buys is the pre-award engine: designing rounds, taking applications, conflict-checked assessment and awards that mint the live grant record with nothing re-keyed.

Sponsored vaults
On Funder Portfolio, a funder can sponsor the vaults of every organisation it funds — the strongest version of “we trust you, and here's the infrastructure to prove it”. Sponsored charities get unlimited active grants for the life of the relationship. Talk to us about programme-wide sponsorship.
A lapsed plan never locks a charity out of its own record: everything stays readable and exportable — it's their evidence. Only new entries pause until the plan renews.
Prices are in GBP with no VAT added (we're not currently VAT registered — if that changes, prices here will say so). Paid plans bill monthly in advance and renew until cancelled; cancelling or changing plan takes effect at the end of the billing period. Full detail in the Platform Terms.
